The style in which Liz Issacson writes is touching, thoughtful, and full of life. The Hammond, family is rich in faith, love, caring and kindness. I really like the way characters are brought back from other books. This story of young love is sweet. The sensitive of 5 big strong cowboys is so rewarding. There's only thing I didn't like about the book and it's not the style of the written word. Hunter returns from college after 6 years, where he takes the steps to continue in the Hammond empire and then to step into the role to continue the legacy as the first grandson with his brilliant mind and somewhat self doubt and also runs into to his first love. Hunter is organized, thoughtful, caring, loving, is a very scheduled man as a means to help control his troubled soul. Molly, I find a little selfish. She doesn't give Hunter time to settle into his new role. She doesn't consider he needs time to adjust into his new lifestyle, his new role in the family business and she envied his love of his siblings or little nieces and nephews when he drops her hand to receive them. She has issues from a troubled marriage that she doesn't seek help with. She wants everything her way in Hunter's life but doesn't seem to compromise. I don't think she appreciated him or his love for his family. Even to the point of "he had better hurry up and propose so her mother can pull off three weddings in 9 months". Molly wants Hunter to give but I don't see her give or understand.The story about his grandmother was absolutely the most touching and heartfelt expression of a close family. Hunter's love for his uncles and family is brilliantly written.Again, a beautifully written book. Hunter came home to help with the family business. It was time for him to decide what he was going to do with his life and where he was going to fit in with his family. Molly came home too heart broken, her marriage hadn't worked out, she felt like she couldn't do it again. It was just too hard but when she saw Hunter, all the feeling for him came flooding back into her heart but would he want a broken woman and could she tell him what she had been through, could he accept it and would they be together forever???
